Abstract: This research paper explores the multifaceted effects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on teenagers, encompassing cognitive development, social dynamics, and ethical considerations. I took an interdisciplinary approach, to investigate how the integration of AI technologies into the daily lives of adolescents shapes their behaviors, relationships, and overall wellbeing. This research paper provides a comprehensive examination of the impact of AI on teenagers, recognizing the potential benefits and challenges associated with the integration of AI technologies into their lives. It emphasizes the importance of responsible AI development and offers recommendations for mitigating potential negative consequences while maximizing the positive contributions of AI to adolescent development.
