Photoconductive properties, photocurrent, and thermally stimulated conductivity research in CsPbBr3 crystals
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This study examines the photoconductive, photocurrent, and thermally stimulated conductivity properties of CsPbBr3 crystals, focusing on their optoelectronic potential.Key findings include high spectral sensitivity (maximum at 562 nm), p-type conductivity, and an activation energy of 0.31 eV.The research highlights degradation due to ionic conductivity under electric fields and explores defect-related impacts on charge transport. These results provide insights for optimizing CsPbBr3 crystals for stable, efficient photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications.
