Abstract: Summary. The aim of the study was to determine the choice of surgical treatment of hemorrhagic complications of pancreatic necrosis, taking into account the volume, morphological features of pancreatic destruction and the phase of the pathological process, which would significantly improve the results of treatment of this pathology. Materials and methods of the study. The results of treatment of 85 patients with arrosive bleeding in pancreatic necrosis were analyzed. In 22 cases it was recurrent, in 7 cases it occurred more than 2 times. In our study, arrosive bleeding most often complicated the course of mixed and hemorrhagic PN, accounting for 83.8% of all AKs. Results of the study. The results of surgical treatment were significantly better when using active tactics aimed at identifying the source of bleeding and stitching the vessel or performing splenectomy. Conclusions. The proposed algorithm for choosing the method of surgical treatment of hemorrhagic complications of pancreatic necrosis, taking into account the volume, morphological features of pancreatic destruction and the phase of the pathological process, can significantly improve the results of treatment of this pathology.
