Abstract: A regression model is a mathematical model that uses computer simulations based on big data to study the relationship between independent and dependent variables. This paper selects the big data in the 2023 China Statistical Yearbook, simulates the big data through the computer, and conducts research on urban culture and employment based on the regression model through correlation algorithm and regression algorithm, explores the relationship between the two, and then provides reference suggestions and feasible solutions.
