The Impact of Cybersecurity Framework (Protection, Detect and Communication) in the System Quality among Universities in Jordan

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the Impact of Cybersecurity Framework (Protect, Detect, and communication) on the System Quality Among Universities in Jordan, the study used the descriptive correlational approach to suit the purpose of the study, and a sample of the study consisted of Information Technology Systems (IT) employees in Public Jordanian Universities which were (315) participants. The study showed that the level of Cyber Security Framework (Protect, Detect, and Communication) and the system quality among Universities in Jordan of a medium level, and the results showed that there are statistically significant impacts of Cyber Security Framework (Protect, Detect and communication) in the System Quality among Universities in Jordan. The study recommended the need to raise the level of information security in Jordanian universities.
