Correction to: The persistence of high altitude non-equilibrium diffuse ionized gas in simulations of star-forming galaxies

Abstract: This is a correction to McCallum et al. (2024). An incorrect IMF was used to calculate a normalization factor for mass of stars formed in each time-step of each simulation. This decreased the mass of stars formed in each simulation. The main results/conclusions of the paper remain unaffected, but all stated values of SFR in McCallum et al. (2024) must be multiplied by a corrective factor of 0.37. The correct initial SFR for the fiducial simulation is |$1.2~ \rm {\rm M}_{\odot }~kyr^{-1}~kpc^{-2}$|⁠.
