The experiment involved 32 female athletes, divided into control and experimental groups. The occupational therapy program included a combination of specially selected physical exercises, motor training and functional modeling of combat actions in a gentle mode. The results were evaluated according to indicators of motor activity, knee joint stability and psychological readiness for resuming training. The obtained data showed a significant improvement in functional indicators in the experimental group. The proposed program demonstrated high efficiency and can be recommended for implementation in the practice of sports rehabilitation of junior wrestlers.
