Individualisation of Learning in a Health-preserving Environment: Ensuring Psycho- Emotional Comfort and Reducing Stress Levels
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article deals with the problem of individualisation of learning in a health-preserving educational environment as a key factor in ensuring students' psycho-emotional comfort and reducing stress. It is emphasised that traditional approaches to the organisation of the educational process do not always take into account the individual characteristics of students, which can lead to increased stress, reduced cognitive efficiency and learning motivation. The introduction of individualised methods makes it possible to adapt the educational process to the needs of each student, contributing to their personal development, self-regulation and the formation of stress resistance. A health-promoting environment is defined as a set of pedagogical, psychological and organisational conditions aimed at maintaining the physical and mental health of students.
