Abstract: The purpose of our study is to evaluate the relationship between basic anthropometric parameters and motor control in 4- year-old children. We aim to clarify the nature of this relationship and explore possible ways to apply data about it in modeling the motor profile of 4-year-old children. This should contribute to identifying special educational needs related to physical development and designing individualized pedagogical support programs. Based on an analysis of the current state of the issue, it has been established that existing tools for assessing psychomotor development only partially address the problem of formulating a substantiated conclusion regarding the need for additional pedagogical support for a child in an educational environment. In the practical part of the study, the relationship between height in centimeters and body weight in kilograms, on the one hand, and a range of motor and cognitive ability indicators, on the other, was examined. It was found that both body weight and height of a child exhibit several significant correlations with indicators characterizing the level of motor control development, nonverbal intelligence, and expressive speech. A notable connection was identified between the mechanisms of sensory corrections in 4-year-old children and their anthropometric parameters, confirming the need for an individualized approach in inclusive education. Our data can be used in the work of Inclusive Resource Centers to identify special educational needs related to physical development, as stipulated by regulatory documents.
