Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The study focuses on analyzing the physical and functional preparedness of amateur athletes participating in non-Olympic triathlon programs. Particular attention is paid to assessing the level of physical fitness, special endurance, and functional capabilities of amateur athletes. The research is based on modern methodological approaches to designing annual training programs, their adaptation to the individual characteristics of amateur athletes, and considering the impact of innovative technologies on the effectiveness of physical preparation. The specifics of amateur triathletes' training are determined by the need to balance training, professional activities, and other life aspects. Therefore, an effective training process is built on a personalized approach that considers physical fitness level, age-related characteristics, adaptability to loads, and motivational factors. Innovative digital technologies play a significant role in modern triathlon, enabling effective monitoring of amateur athletes' physical and functional states, workload levels, and indicators of progress and recovery. A pressing issue today is the comprehensive approach to organizing the training process for amateur triathletes, combining traditional physical training methods with innovative technological solutions. A balanced use of club training, independent work, and interactive support allows amateur athletes to achieve an optimal level of physical fitness and improve competitive performance.
