Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Clinical Trial
Abstract: The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and to experimentally test the effectiveness of adaptive sports for the development of physical qualities of badminton players with hearing impairments. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature; methods of testing physical abilities and techniques; mathematical and statistical methods. Results of the study: complexes of adaptive sports exercises were introduced into the training process of young badminton players with hearing impairments to improve the level of physical fitness. The athletes performed exercises with visual signals using a colored light flashlight, exercises with a shadow reference point, exercises with tactile stimuli, namely special bracelets with a sensor vibrobeacon, exercises with a physical signal, coordination exercises using special equipment, exercises for the development of the vestibular apparatus, for improving visual- motor coordination, for the development of proprioceptive sensitivity, modified sports games and game exercises with badminton elements. As a result of the experiment a significant improvement of indicators of testing “pulling up on a crossbar for 30 s”, “jumping with a rope to an error”, “raising a trunk in a saddle from a lying position”, “filling of flounces with the open and closed side of a racket for 1 min”, “repulsion of flounces from a wall for 1 min” (р<0,05, р<0,01) was revealed (р<0,05, р<0,01). Conclusions: The developed complexes are used taking into account the characteristics of each athlete, help in the development of endurance, strength and speed, are used to strengthen muscles, improve coordination of movements and improve the technical performance of athletes with hearing impairment
