A Case Report of CT Manifestations of Succinate Dehydrogenase Deficient Renal Cell Carcinoma and Literature Review

Abstract: 琥珀酸脱氢酶(Succinate dehydrogenase, SDH)缺陷型肾细胞癌是2016版WHO肾肿瘤分类中新增加的一种独特肾癌亚型，该亚型发病率极低，目前国内外报道较少。本文回顾1例中年女性SDH缺陷型肾细胞癌患者，以肉眼血尿8小时为主诉收治入院，CT表现右肾上极巨大实性占位性病变，收治并完善相关检查后行右肾肿瘤根治术，术后病理结果示SDH缺陷型肾细胞癌。Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) deficient renal cell carcinoma is a unique subtype of renal cell carcinoma newly added in the 2016 WHO classification of renal tumors. The incidence rate of this subtype is extremely low, and there are few reports at home and abroad at present. This article reviews a middle-aged female patient with SDH deficient renal cell carcinoma. She was admitted to the hospital with a chief complaint of gross hematuria for 8 hours. CT showed a huge solid mass lesion in the upper right kidney. After admission and completion of relevant examinations, the patient underwent radical surgery for the right kidney tumor. The postoperative pathological results showed SDH deficient renal cell carcinoma.
