Mechanism Analysis of Cangfu Daotan Decoction in Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Clinical Efficacy Progress in Combination with Diane-35

Abstract: 多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)是一种导致卵巢功能异常及生殖功能障碍的常见内分泌疾病，对育龄期女性造成了生活中及工作上的困扰。临床上对PCOS的治疗取得了显著进展，可通过药物调节激素水平、改善卵巢功能、提升卵泡质量等方式进行治疗。当然仅仅依靠药物治疗是不可取的，还需要改变生活习惯，如进行运动降低肥胖率，改变饮食及作息等，对治疗PCOS也有一定的积极效果。本文综述了苍附导痰汤联合达英-35治疗PCOS，旨在为临床疗效进展提供更有效的PCOS的治疗方案，并且分析苍附导痰汤在临床治疗中的作用机制。Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder that leads to abnormal ovarian function and reproductive dysfunction, causing significant challenges in the daily lives and work of women of childbearing age. Significant progress has been made in the clinical treatment of PCOS, which includes regulating hormone levels, improving ovarian function, and enhancing follicular quality through medication. However, relying solely on medication is not advisable. Lifestyle changes, such as exercising to reduce obesity rates, modifying diet, and adjusting sleep patterns, also have positive effects on the treatment of PCOS. This article reviews the combination of Cangfu Daotan Decoction and Diane-35 in treating PCOS, aiming to provide more effective treatment options for clinical efficacy progress and to analyze the mechanism of action of Cangfu Daotan Decoction in clinical treatment.
