Abstract: Population aging is a serious issue in China now and in the future. This increases the need for elder care institutions. Most current facilities mainly provide housing, daily care, and basic needs, but they often overlook mental well-being and smart services for seniors. This paper suggests a senior living community design that includes local cultural elements. The aim is to create a space that combines emotional connection and function. This study looks at new ways seniors live and feel in a shared care setting. The aim is to build a "Retirement Community Paradise" where seniors can live with friends or companions and interact in well-designed public spaces. This model moves away from traditional care homes that focus on medical staff management.Instead, it gives seniors more independence while offering medical support when needed. This new elder care community provides a comfortable, safe, socially engaging, and emotionally fulfilling place for seniors to age well.
