Abstract: How to achieve high-quality and full employment for college graduates has always been a focus of major universities.The Ministry of Education explicitly requires that employment education and guidance be fully integrated into the ideological and political education system for college students.This article provides a comprehensive review of the current research status of ideological and political education on employment from three aspects: the concept, research methods, and research content of ideological and political education on employment.
