Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively discuss the promotion and application status of ice and snow sports in national fitness, analyze the challenges and opportunities it faces, and put forward corresponding strategic suggestions.Through the in-depth analysis of the characteristics of ice and snow sports, the demand of national fitness and the practical cases of combining them, this paper reveals the important role of ice and snow sports in improving the national health level, enriching winter cultural life and promoting the development of sports industry.At the same time, in view of the challenges such as geographical limitation, high cost of facilities and lack of professional talents.This paper puts forward some strategic suggestions, such as strengthening policy support, promoting the popularization of facilities, strengthening personnel training and innovating promotion methods, in order to provide strong support for promoting the widespread popularization and sustainable development of ice and snow sports in national fitness.
