Abstract: The literature review summarizes the results of a long-term experimental study of the pathogenesis of retinopathy of prematurity in a rat model conducted at the National Medical Research Center for Eye Diseases named after Helmholtz, as well as data from foreign authors who are the basis for finding ways to prevent the development of this disease with medication.
