Abstract: ResumoThis paper presents partial results from the development of a chatbotdesigned to support students within an educational institution.To evaluate the system under development, a survey was conductedwith 36 potential users to test and validate the proposed solution. Throughthis initiative, the project aims not only to automate studentservices but also to promote technological innovation in academicmanagement.
