Abstract: This article is the result of a research master’s degree and it deals with the perceptive, operative, sequential and discursive apprehensions mobilized in the course of solving a task that comtempla the geometric place of the circumference. Therefore, the objective of this article is to identify the figural apprehensions that may emerge during the learning of the concepts that support circumference as a geometric place in a seventh grade class. The task was implemented with six students of the seventh year of elementary school remotely due to the pandemic scenario. The analysis of data are based on figural apprehensions that relate to cognitive learning processes in geometry, both theories proposed by Raymond Duval. The results indicated that there were indications of the three cognitive processes - visualization, construction and reasoning- this because all apprehensions were mobilized.
