Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: With the trend of mass customization, flexible manufacturing systems is becoming the mainstream. To improve the reconfigurability of Digital Twin manufacturing systems, this paper presents a dynamic assembly and fusion approach for Digital Twin logic models based on Petri nets. By modeling twin data from reconfigurable production lines, this approach facilitates seamless information interaction and state synchronization between physical entities and their digital counterparts, as well as between physical components and virtual entities. The complex behavioral dynamics of industrial robot operations are precisely modeled using Petri nets, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of twin data processing through physical rules and advanced mapping techniques. Moreover, dynamic assembly and fusion processes are optimized based on these principles, leading to some improvements in the speed of heterogeneous product processing. System verification demonstrates that this method offers a robust and practical solution for enhancing the reconfigurability of complex electronic production lines.
