Abstract: Multiple erythematous, verrucous cutaneous masses involving both scrotal regions (a).Histopathological examination demonstrated verrucous epidermal hyperplasia with multiple columns of parakeratosis, beneath which scattered keratinised dyskeratotic keratinocytes were observed, along with a dense plasma cells and lymphocytes infiltrate in the dermis (b).
