Abstract: The first coordination complexes containing a bulky m -terphenyltrihydroborate ligand are described with [M(H 3 BAr t Bu4 ) 3 L 2 ] where M = U or Nd, Ar t Bu4 = 2,6-(3,5- t Bu 2 C 6 H 3 ) 2 C 6 H 3 , and L = tetrahydrofuran or 1,2-dimethoxyethane.
