Abstract: 抑郁症是当前世界最难解决的精神问题之一，治疗方法多样。目前针灸疗法在抑郁症的治疗上取得了良好的临床效果，但具体作用机制尚不清晰，为更好地发挥针灸疗法在抑郁治疗中的重要作用，本文重点以小胶质细胞、星形胶质细胞、促炎\抗炎细胞因子、炎症小体等为靶点，从神经炎症角度探讨抑郁症的发病机制及针灸干预的作用机制，为阐明抑郁神经炎症发病机制及针灸干预作用提供参考。Depression is one of the most difficult mental problems in the world, and there are many ways to treat it. At present, acupuncture and moxibustion has achieved good clinical effects in the treatment of depression, but the specific mechanism of action is not clear. In order to better play the important role of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of depression, this paper focuses on microglia, astrocytes, pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, inflammatory bodies and other targets. To explore the pathogenesis of depression and the action mechanism of acupuncture intervention from the perspective of neuroinflammation, and to provide reference for elucidation of the pathogenesis of depression neuroinflammation and acupuncture intervention.
