The Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, and Interpersonal Communication on Teacher Performance

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and interpersonal communication on teacher performance in junior high school Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 teachers who were civil servants and non-civil servants. The data obtained were then analyzed using the SPSS Version 29 application. The results of this study explain: (1) there is no positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on performance, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of spiritual intelligence on performance, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of interpersonal communication on performance.
