Abstract: 消化不良在全球范围内极为常见，对患者生活质量产生显著影响。功能性消化不良(FD)指患者存在消化不良症状，但并无可解释该症状的结构性异常。超声检查(US)作为一种无创性成像手段，可用于评估胃功能。本文旨在探讨超声检查在消化不良患者分类以及功能性消化不良诊断方面的作用。Dyspepsia is an extremely common condition worldwide, significantly impacting patients’ quality of life. Functional dyspepsia (FD) is defined as the presence of dyspeptic symptoms in the absence of any structural abnormalities that can explain these symptoms. Ultrasonography (US), as a non-invasive imaging modality, can be utilized to assess gastric function. This review aims to explore the role of ultrasonography in the classification of dyspeptic patients and the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia.
