Abstract: People who have changed jobs experience various forms of anxiety in the process of adapting to a new environment. This anxiety is often expressed as job stress, but in this study, it is treated as a broader concept of anxiety factors. In other words, the impact of personal anxiety factors (psychological, economic, and physical factors) of those who have experienced job change on burnout (emotional exhaustion, low sense of accomplishment) and turnover intention was analyzed through structural equation model analysis. As a result of the analysis, economic and physical factors were found to have a positive influence on emotional exhaustion, while psychological factors were not statistically significant. In addition, economic and physical factors had a positive effect on the decrease in the sense of accomplishment, while psychological factors had no significant effect.Although burnout's decreased sense of accomplishment had a positive effect on turnover intention, emotional exhaustion was not statistically significant on turnover intention. These results emphasize that organizations need economic support measures such as increasing salaries, strengthening performance-based compensation systems, and introducing health management programs. In addition, the fact that emotional exhaustion does not have a statistically significant effect on turnover intention shows that the effect of burnout on job turnover intention is not simple, and other factors, besides emotional factors must be considered when predicting employees' turnover intention. This suggests the need to do so.Lastly, the fact that the decreased sense of accomplishment is linked to turnover intention indicates the need for a strategic approach to increase job satisfaction and organizational loyalty.
