Abstract: The paper deals with the life and combat path during the Great Patriotic War of teachers of the Komi State Pedagogical Institute Ivan Borisovich Borozdenko, Nikolai Ivanovich Nechaev, Alexander Fedorovich Khudyaev and Leonid Alexandrovich Tsvelenyev. Despite the fact that they were drafted in Syktyvkar, their combat path took place on different fronts, and they participated in different battles. The paper describes the biographical data of the heroes and the war path of the units in which they served. Based on the new information, the combat path was reconstructed and the biographical data of the teachers who fought and died on the fronts were supplemented.
