Distributed Differential Method as a New Paradigm for Enterprise Business Process Optimization

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article explores and scientific management to the development of cybernetic schools. The authors focus on system analysis, systems theory, and Agile management principles, which emphasize organization`s ability to undergo rapid iterative changes with minimal resource consumption. In this context, the Distributed differential method is proposed as a stepwise and simultaneously distributed optimization approach that considers the interdependencies of business processes and strategic objectives to minimize bottlenecks. The method is built on cybernetic principles, iterative improvements from Lean and Agile, and digital monitoring tools that allow real-time tracking of key performance indicators. A significant emphasis is placed on the contribution of the Ukrainian cybernetic school, particularly Glushkov’s projects, which laid the foundation for modern corporate information systems. The Distributed differential method assumes that each micro-change, once tested locally, can be scaled across the entire organization without creating systemic imbalances. This approach enhances organizational flexibility and responsiveness to external challenges through continuous innovation and process refinement. The author propose that this approach may have potential scientific novelty as it integrates diverse managerial and mathematical frameworks – from classical economic theories to modern cybernetics and adaptive management. However, its universality and effectiveness across different sectors require further empirical research and the development of practical implementation guidelines. The Distributed differential method is considered a promising tool for enhancing enterprise competitiveness, offering a balanced transformation framework - stepwise, distributed, and aligned with key efficiency parameters and innovation adoption. The proposed approach also opens up new horizons for the interdisciplinary integration of mathematical theory and practical optimization of modern business processes.
