Abstract: 克罗恩病是一种病因不明的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病，病变可累及全消化道，以回肠末端和结肠最为常见。其临床表现多样，包括腹痛、腹泻、体重减轻、发热等，部分患者还可出现肠外表现和肛周并发症。克罗恩病的病程迁延反复，严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来，随着对克罗恩病发病机制的深入研究以及中西医结合治疗的不断发展，其诊断和治疗水平有了显著提高。Crohn’s disease is a chronic, nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease of unknown etiology, which can involve the entire gastrointestinal tract, with the terminal ileum and colon being the most common. The clinical manifestations are varied, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, fever, etc., and some patients may also have extraintestinal manifestations and perianal complications. The course of Crohn’s disease is prolonged and recurrent, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In recent years, with the in-depth research on the pathogenesis of Crohn’s disease and the continuous development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the level of diagnosis and treatment has been significantly improved.
