Abstract: In the context of celebrating the culture of human diversity in every educational institution and the promoting for the inclusion of children with special educational needs, we believe that it is necessary teachers to be prepared to implement inclusive pedagogy, a recent approach to teaching, learning and evaluating for to raise the academic performance of all children. Inclusive pedagogy is not easy to introduce into existing school structures and cultures, being a serious and complex challenge for teachers, managers, parents and children. Therefore, in this article we aim to highlight the difference between inclusive education and inclusive pedagogy and to analyze the main approaches of inclusive pedagogy.
