Abstract: This research aims to trace the Life Performance Outcomes and Paulinian Core Values attainment of Grade 10 students from St. Paul University Surigao (SPUS) for the academic years 2020-2023. The study investigates students' decisions and the influencing factors on their educational and career paths, particularly in the context of the Philippine K-12 education system. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive design, data were collected through surveys and analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, means, standard deviations, and ANOVA. Findings indicate that a majority of respondents continued their education at SPUS, primarily influenced by school and teacher factors. The study also reveals a consistent attainment of Paulinian core values across different educational tracks. The results underscore the importance of University analysis in educational program improvement, particularly in fostering core values and competencies among students.
