Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of exercise guidance compliance of the elderly in a high-end elderly care community. A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method is used to survey 510 elderly people aged 60 and above in a high-end elderly care community. In this study, the scale is designed based on the health belief model and the initial model is established, and the relationship between the dimensions of the model and the compliance with the elderly with exercise guidance is obtained after the fitting and modification of the model. The results show that the severity, prompting factors and impairment in the dimensions of the health belief model had a significant impact on the adherence of exercise guidance in the elderly. Efficacy and susceptibility have no direct significant effect on exercise guidance compliance, but efficacy and susceptibility have a significant impact on exercise instruction compliance through prompt factors and obstacle. The severity of lack of exercise, the prompting factors of relatives and friends, and the obstacle to taking action has an impact on the compliance of exercise guidance in the elderly.
