Abstract: The Deed of Sale and Purchase is evidence that there has been a transfer of rights from the seller to the buyer over the object being traded. The problems contained in this study are: How is the validity of the Deed of Sale and Purchase made before PPAT Titing Oting Supartini, S.H., M.Kn., and how is the element of good faith from Meli Yuliani as the buyer with H. Andri Kristian as the seller in the sale and purchase that occurred based on laws and regulations. The type of research in this study is a normative research type. This research is descriptive. The data used is secondary data collected by using literature studies. This research was analyzed using qualitative analysis and conclusions were drawn with deductive logic. The Deed of Sale and Purchase in question is valid because it meets the material and formal requirements in its making. Meli Yuliani, who is the buyer, has good faith in the sale and purchase that occurred with H. Andri Kristian, who is the seller, by complying with applicable laws and regulations
