When Technology Meets Silver Hair: Artificial Intelligence Empowers Home Care in Logic Research

Abstract: 人口老龄化已然成为我国现阶段及未来一段时期内的基本国情，居家养老作为我国主要的养老模式，在供需匹配、资源配置和服务质量等方面均存在明显不足。本文围绕技术、需求、场景和价值四个维度，较为系统地剖析了人工智能赋能居家养老模式的内在逻辑，并得出如下结论，人工智能赋能居家养老模式是以技术为依托，需求为导向，场景为载体，价值为目标的新型养老模式；技术、需求、场景三者的深度融合与动态协调是人工智能赋能居家养老模式价值创造的前提；未来我国需加强技术、需求、场景等三维度的实践路径探索，同时需要关注技术伦理、隐私保护、资源分配、标准制定以及监管优化等方面的问题。The aging of the population has become the basic national conditions of our country at this stage and for a period of time in the future. As the main pension model in China, home-based care for the aged has obvious deficiencies in supply and demand matching, resource allocation and service quality. Focusing on the four dimensions of technology, demand, scene and value, this paper systematically analyzes the internal logic of artificial intelligence-enabled home care model, and draws the following conclusions. Artificial intelligence-enabled home care model is a new type of old-age care model based on technology, demand-oriented, scene-based and value-oriented. The deep integration and dynamic coordination of technology, demand and scene are the premise of the value creation of artificial intelligence-enabled home care model. In the future, China needs to strengthen the exploration of the three-dimensional practical path of technology, demand and scene, and at the same time, it needs to pay attention to the problems of technical ethics, privacy protection, resource allocation, standard setting and regulatory optimization.
