Abstract: Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a potentially life-threatening condition due to its risk of rupture and associated high mortality (1). Over the past two decades, endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) has revolutionized the treatment of AAA, offering a less invasive alternative to open surgery with reduced perioperative morbidity and faster recovery. However, standard EVAR devices have limitations, particularly in anatomically complex cases. The development of customized endografts—including fenestrated and branched devices—has opened promising avenues for patients previously deemed unsuitable for endovascular repair.
