Abstract: Figure S3A showing results of FRET assays to demonstrate oligomerization of R248Q and WT. Figure S3B-C underlining the dimer-of dimer topology as tetramers are largely formed upon dimerization of homodimers. Figure 3D-E demonstrating that WT p53 functionality depends on oligomerization and further, that the dependency of the DNE relies on the oligomerization capability of R248Q.
