Abstract: This research deals with the subject of supply chain challenges and their impact on improving business in the Sultanate of Oman. Two companies were used, namely the Natural Gas Company as an example and Asyad Company. This study focuses on the challenges facing the supply chain and the impact of these challenges on improving business in the Sultanate of Oman and all the obstacles facing the supply chain by discussing some solutions and recommendations. This research aims to identify all the challenges facing the company in the professional environment. The supply chain in the business environment, where information was obtained from the company from two companies in the real business environment, tips and recommendations that may help solve these challenges.
