Application of Computer Coding Technology in Maintenance Renewal of Prefabricated Buildings

Abstract: For our country practice the green development of construction industry, as soon as possible to achieve "carbon peak carbon neutral", the most important construction concept, the biggest environmental protection is to break the inherited "demolition and construction" model, and strive to make each building can operate normally, to achieve effective life, this is the important practical significance of building maintenance and renewal. For prefabricated building products, it is required to achieve sustainable maintenance and renewal, and its building components should have commonality and replaceable based on maintainable renewal. By using computer coding technology, a building component database can be established on the basis of component classification of prefabricated building products, and the identity information of all components of the building can be clearly defined, so as to provide information support for future maintenance, repair and replacement of prefabricated buildings.
