Abstract: Osteoblastoma is a rare, benign bone-forming tumor, accounting for less than 1% of all primary bone neoplasms. Its occurrence in the paranasal sinuses is exceptionally rare. We present a case of ethmoidal-nasal osteoblastoma in a 12-year-old child managed endoscopically, and we review the clinical, radiological, and therapeutic aspects in light of current literature.
