The main focus of this research is the efforts of Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in providing health services to ethnic Rohingya who are experiencing a humanitarian crisis due to conflict in Myanmar. The analysis also covers the dynamics of the conflict and the conditions experienced by Rohingya refugees. The author identifies and explains the various challenges faced by Muhammadiyah, especially in the field of health. This research uses a case study approach to explore the various challenges faced, including logistical issues, political obstacles, as well as coordination with various international actors. The findings of this research are expected to provide deeper insights into the role and challenges of religious organizations in humanitarian activities across national borders.
