Abstract: The study examined the extent of public-school teachers’ 21st Century practices, their performance and its significant relationship. Employing a correlational research design with documentary analysis, an adapted questionnaire was conducted to 109 public school teachers in Medina South District, Division of Misamis Oriental through purposive sampling. Statistical tools such as Mean, Standard Deviation, Frequency, Percentage and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient were utilized to analyze and interpret data. Results revealed that teachers highly practiced 21st Century skills. Most teachers were in the Outstanding level in their performance based on their IPCRF for School Year 2022-2023. There was no significant relationship between the teachers 21st Century practices and their performance. This can be concluded that teachers are doing their best even without the 21st Century skills’ applications. However, to disprove or validate the findings of this study, a comparable investigation examining additional variables and a broader scope might be carried out.
