Abstract: According to analysts' forecasts, a new scientific and technical revolution is currently taking place -the NANOREVOLUTION, the market for products of which currently exceeds 1 trillion US dollars.It affects all areas of science, production, national security and defense, medicine, everyday life, recreation and entertainment.The consequences of the nanorevolution are considered more significant and profound compared to the computer revolution of the late twentieth century.
