Abstract: The study contains literary explications of Bogdan Ostromęcki’s poems, selected from the volume "Dom odnaleziony". This is a collection of poems, published after the author’s death, which can be considered representative of the poet’s work. The works interpreted in this sketch are an emanation of the author’s metaphysical search. They are a prayer, admiration and amazement of nature, express a desire for dialogue with the Creator, and are an intimate testimony of faith. The article draws attention to the dialogical nature of this poetry and its rooting in the literary tradition important to Bogdan Ostromecki.
