Abstract: Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a rare autosomal dominant disorder characterized by multisystem hamartomatous growths. Clinical manifestations are diverse, and prognosis varies depending on the affected organs. Diagnosis typically involves genetic testing or clinical diagnostic criteria. We report the case of a 39-year-old female with multiple manifestations of TSC, highlighting the uncommon occurrence of multifocal micronodular pneumocyte hyperplasia (MMPH) and splenic hamartomas, emphasizing their clinical significance and diagnostic considerations.
