Abstract: A Bennett lesion is a bony ossification that forms along the posteroinferior aspect of the glenoid rim, most frequently found in baseball players. Bennett lesions are most often asymptomatic in throwing athletes but can become symptomatic and, in some cases, lead to posterior labral tearing. Few techniques have been described regarding their surgical management. We present an arthroscopic 2-portal technique for Bennett lesion resection, posterior labral repair, and posterior capsulotomy.
