Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompotensi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada Pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner yang disebar sebanyak 59 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Rsquare sebesar 90,38%, selanjutnya kompetensi kerja dan pelatihan berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai Rsquare sebesar 95,55% dan hasil uji mediasi diperoleh temuan bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kendari. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work competency and training on work motivation and employee performance, as well as to analyze the influence of work competency and training on employee performance through work motivation at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kendari. This study used a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires distributed to 59 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of the research showed that work competency and training have a direct effect on employee performance with an Rsquare value of 90.38%, then work competency and a direct effect on work motivation with an Rsquare value of 95.55% and the results of the mediation test found that work motivation can mediate the influence of work competency and training on performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kendari.
