Abstract: In the context of constant sanctions pressure from Western countries, increasing competition with non-banks and regular restraining measures by the Central Bank on anti-inflationary policy, the issue of digitalization of banking processes is acute, which on the one hand simplify customer interaction with the bank and accelerate the receipt of services, and on the other hand may contribute to the creation of "weak zones" in the automation process. operational processes that, under the influence of cyber risks, can lead to a massive outflow of customers. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for an integrated approach in terms of developing methods for assessing the risks of digital transformation of retail banking.
