Abstract: Obesity has become a major risk factor for different types of cancer, and highlights research emphasizes the impact of inflammation related to obesity in this connection. Chronic low-grade inflammation associated with excess adipose tissue can disrupt metabolic signaling and immune responses, which may facilitate the tumorigenesis.
