Abstract: Two new records of the genus Stathmopoda Herrich-Shaffer [1853] are described from Karnataka, India, namely Stathmopoda auriferella (Walker, 1864) and Stathmopoda dialysis (Meyrick, 1887), along with their hosts, adult moths, wing venation, and female genitalia.
