Abstract: The key to successful management in banking industry lies in effective utilization of human resources they recruit from time to time. The banking sector in kerala has undergone significant changes in recent years, impacting employment opportunities in the field. With the rise of digital banking and the consolidation of public sector banks, the employment landscape in the banking sector has become increasingly competitive. The present study examines the motivation and morale and the predictors of motivation and morale of employees in the commercial banks of kerala.
